For his popular “Book Page” series, Loui Jover transforms pages from old vintage books into unique layered artworks by carefully gluing and building them into larger surfaces. This process allows him to work directly onto repurposed historical paper, giving each piece a sense of depth, texture, and narrative.

A defining element of this series is his signature ink-dripping technique, which has become widely recognised and has inspired many contemporary artists exploring similar expressive ink styles.

Within the Book Page collection, Loui explores recurring themes and symbolic imagery across multiple sub-series, including the “Red Umbrella,” “Bicycle,” “Lovers,” “Camera,” “Ballerina,” “Swing,” “Headphones,” and “Faces with Ink Dripping Eyes” series. Each variation offers a different emotional tone while maintaining his distinctive visual language.
