Art Preservation & Care:

• Each artwork is treated with a professional protective fixative to preserve its quality and longevity while also protecting the artwork against UV exposure. 

Packaging & Delivery:

• All artworks come unframed and are carefully packaged and shipped, either rolled in heavy duty tubes or flat packed (depending on the dimensions) to prevent damage during transit and to ensure safe international delivery. Once received, the artwork can be framed to your personal preference.

Tracking & Insurance:

• All orders are shipped through a private courier service. You will receive a tracking number to follow your artwork every step of the way. In the unlikely event that an artwork is lost or damaged in transit, it will be replaced or recreated at no additional cost.

• The "Doodle" artworks are shipped through Standard International Postage. This allows us to keep these original works affordable while still offering free worldwide shipping.

• Every piece is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing that you are receiving a genuine, original Loui Jover artwork.

Returns:

• Due to the unique and original nature of these artworks, all sales are final. While we guarantee a replacement or recreation in the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we do not offer returns or exchanges for other reasons.
